Counseling and therapy for Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and Trauma. Teens & Adults, online throughout Massachusetts

Your inner cosmos is the world within you— your thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape how you experience life. Therapy helps you understand and work with that inner system—so you’re not controlled by it.

My approach to Therapy

Inner Cosmos Counseling is a space of understanding, not judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you deserve support that feels steady, respectful, and compassionate.

As a solo practice, care here is personal and intentional.

Therapy moves at your pace. I take the time to build safety and trust first, because meaningful and lasting change happens when you feel ready, not rushed. Together, we’ll work to better understand your inner world, strengthen your coping tools, and create changes that feel sustainable in your everyday life.

You don’t have to do this alone.

The Process

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a brief phone or video consultation to get a sense of what’s bringing you in and what you’re looking for. This is a chance for you to ask questions, learn about my approach, and see if it feels like a good fit—no pressure or commitment.

2. First Sessions: Understanding Your Story

In our first few sessions, we take time to understand what’s been going on in your life—current challenges, past experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. This helps us get a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go.

3. Active Work & Building Change

This is where we begin making meaningful shifts. We’ll work on practical tools to manage things like anxiety, stress, or mood, while also addressing deeper patterns or experiences that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is active and collaborative, so you’ll have things you can actually use outside of sessions.

4. Moving Forward with Confidence

As things start to improve, we focus on helping you maintain that progress and feel more confident handling challenges on your own. Therapy can become less frequent over time, with the goal of you feeling more grounded, in control, and able to move forward independently.
